Ms Hazel Parkins, at an inspiring 86 years old, broke the British Rowing Indoor Championship record for the 85-89 age group, beating the previous record by an astonishing 4 minutes!
And the triumphs didn’t stop there.
Nine other individuals from Essex, all members of Cool Rowing’s and Ageless Teenagers, brought home medals, showcasing the

HISTORIC TEA PARTY
We go to where it all started, Tilbury. The port of call for the HMT Empire Windrush which docked 22nd June 1948.
Fast forward to 22nd June 2023 and we take the lead in the very same ticket office hall where those commonwealth citizens were processed with a national tea party celebration like no other, at the port of entry to the UK, where it all began.
Our tea parties are the new social medication we would love to see you at our next one.

How do I get involved.

What age can I become an Ageless Teenager.
- We are teenagers from age 13. When we get to our senior years, irrespective of age that teenager still lives within us all. You are now what we call an Ageless Teenager.
- We welcome you from age 55.
